Thank you for your interest in participating in the NW Good News Festival- 2027! We are honored to partner with businesses, ministries, and creators who are using their God-given gifts to serve others. Our goal is to create a welcoming, organized, and Christ-centered experience for every attendee.

By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms:

​Event Expectations

• I understand that NW Good News Festival is a Christ-centered event, and I agree to conduct myself in a professional, respectful, and Christ-like manner throughout the event.

• I will comply with all local, state, and venue health, safety, and fire regulations.

• I understand that all vendors must be completely set up no later than 9:30 AM on Saturday, August 14, 2027. Vehicles must be moved from the vendor area before the event begins.

• I agree to keep my booth fully staffed and open for the duration of the event until 5:00 PM. Early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval from the event organizer.

• I understand that booth placement is determined by the event organizers to create the best overall experience for attendees. Specific booth requests cannot be guaranteed.

​Vendor Responsibilities

• I am responsible for providing my own display materials, table coverings, signage, extension cords (if electricity has been approved), and any additional supplies needed for my booth unless otherwise stated.

• If I require electricity or additional booth space, I understand it must be requested during registration and approved by the event organizers. Additional fees may apply.

• I am solely responsible for my merchandise, equipment, cash, payment processing, and personal belongings throughout the event.

• I understand that I am responsible for collecting and reporting any applicable sales tax required by law.

​Vendor Conduct

To preserve the mission and atmosphere of the NW Good News Festival:

• I agree that all products, displays, and interactions will be appropriate for a family-friendly, Christ-centered event.

• I understand that products or promotional materials that conflict with the mission, values, or purpose of NW Good News Festival may not be permitted.

• Political campaigning, aggressive solicitation, or disruptive behavior is not permitted.

• Vendors are expected to maintain a clean booth space and remove all trash and belongings before leaving the venue.

• Vendors are not permitted to sell products containing licensed teams/characters/logos without written authorization from those copyright owners. Proof of authorization from those entities will be required before any products containing copyrighted material is allowed. Any vendors caught selling products containing copyright infringement images will be asked to remove those items. Failure to comply will result in removal from the event, and the vendor will not be welcome back at future events. We believe in upholding a designer’s copyright and believe infringement of that copyright goes against everything that this event stands for.

​Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Vendor spaces are reserved only after payment has been received.

• I understand that the vendor registration fee is non-refundable. Registration fees cover the costs of renting the event location, insurance for the event, and marketing.

​Liability

• I assume full responsibility for my booth, products, equipment, employees, volunteers, and personal property.

• I release and hold harmless “NW Good News Festival”, JC Ministries, Candy’s Expressions, event volunteers, sponsors, and organizers from any liability for theft, damage, loss, injury, illness, or accidents occurring before, during, or after the event.

​Vendor Acknowledgment

By submitting this application, I certify that I have read and understand the Vendor Agreement and agree to comply with all event policies, expectations, and guidelines. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.
